1. Who we are

tatv.world ("Tatv", "we") is operated by Tattva Energy Fintech LLP (LLPIN AAQ-8419), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at B-108, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi 110017. By creating an account or using Tatv you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Tatv is a browser-based 3D world platform: you can explore themed worlds, create a personal avatar, generate 3D objects from text prompts and uploads, and keep persistent worlds you build. The service is provided on an as-available basis and evolves continuously; features may change.

3. Accounts

You sign in with an email address or phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email/phone secure. You must be at least 18, or use Tatv under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.

4. Purchases

World Plans are subscriptions that set how many persistent worlds you can keep active. They activate instantly on payment. See pricing and the refund policy.
Sparks are in-app creation credits. Sparks are usable only inside Tatv, are not money, carry no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency. Sparks are spent on platform features such as 3D generation.

5. Your creations

You retain rights in the prompts you write and the content you upload. Generated 3D assets are subject to the license terms of the generation providers we use. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and operate your creations within the service. Saved world snapshots may be written to permanent decentralized storage — see the privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Tatv to create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that harasses others; do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; do not misuse generation credits or payment flows. We may filter prompts, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Content complaints and grievances

To report content or raise a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer: Yatharth Gupta, yatharthgupta14@tatv.world, B-108, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi 110017. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Tatv is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Tatv at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On termination, unspent Sparks lapse; paid World Plans are handled per the refund policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law venue.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
