Refund Policy

1. World Plans

If you purchased a World Plan and have not used it — no new world activated under the plan — you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Once a plan has been used to activate worlds, it is non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel renewal at any time.

2. Sparks (in-app credits)

Spark top-ups can be refunded within 14 days if none of the Sparks have been spent. Spent Sparks — used for 3D generation or other platform features — are non-refundable, because the compute they pay for is consumed at generation time.

3. Failed or duplicate charges

Charges for purchases you did not receive (failed activation, duplicate billing) are refunded in full — write to us with the transaction reference.

4. How to request

Email yatharthgupta14@tatv.world from your account email with the transaction ID. We acknowledge within 24 hours; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including mandatory withdrawal rights in your country of residence. Purchases billed by a merchant-of-record partner are additionally covered by that partner's buyer policies.
