Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Tattva Energy Fintech LLP ("Tatv", "we") collects on tatv.world, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) as our baseline.

1. What we collect

Account data — your email address and/or phone number, used for one-time-code sign-in.
Avatar selfie — if you create an avatar, the photo you take is sent to our avatar-generation provider to produce your 3D avatar, then handled per their terms; we store the resulting avatar model, not a face database.
Creations — prompts you type, files you upload (photos, 3D scans), and the generated 3D assets and world layouts they produce.
Payments — handled by our payment providers; we receive confirmation and order metadata, never your full card details.
Technical logs — basic request logs for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To run the service (sign-in, generation, persistence), to process purchases, to keep the platform safe (rate limiting, abuse and content moderation), and to comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

3. Processors we use

Parts of the service run on third-party processors: AI text and moderation (Anthropic), 3D generation (Meshy), avatar generation (Avatar SDK / MetaPerson), file storage and delivery (Cloudflare), speech synthesis (Microsoft Azure), payments (Razorpay and our international billing provider). Each receives only what its function requires.

4. Permanent world records

If you choose to save a world, its snapshot (object list, placement, prompts used) may be written to permanent decentralized storage and referenced on a public blockchain as proof of creation. These records are public and cannot be deleted once written. They do not contain your email, phone, or photos — but treat prompts and world names as public when you save.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and delete your account entirely, by writing to yatharthgupta14@tatv.world. We respond within 30 days. Deletion removes account data and private content from our systems; it cannot recall records already written to public permanent storage (see §4).

6. Retention and security

We keep account data while your account is active and as required for tax and legal records thereafter. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS); secrets and storage access are restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

Tatv is not directed at children. Users under 18 require parental consent consistent with the DPDP Act.
